2010 Bianchi Pista Classica
This year Bianchi released four different models of is popular Pista Including the new Super Pista and two other classic looking models in addition to the famous chrome Pista. For 2010 Bianchi has released images of the Pista Classica.

yeah I know it gives you everything you love about a classic bike with the weight and engineering of a modern steel frame.
i think this is the way to go (except the chainstays look short for a "big ride" style bike:
