Transportation Report For Alabama

I am sure that our city engineers and council people have been pouring over these numbers. Heard today via Tommy Battle that state revenues had fallen last year for the first time in 20 years and expected to fall again next year. Could this be the sign of this state following in the foot steps of California, Michigan and others who have thrown all their cities future in to the gamble that these good times would continue to roll. Keep in mind this is just my opinion. Enjoy the drive.
