I'm glad the southern bypass through the Arsenal has met so much opposition. They should know by now that it's a bad idea. It's going to be like Birmingham or Atlanta if we start adding that kind of stuff. It's a good place to stop and change direction. And connect those culdesac neighborhoods in Madison while you're at it, at least with greenways.
Maybe we should send this to Marie Bostick?
