I like this idea & think we should get some pre-k types on-board. When my nieces were at Montesorri, they were enlisted in the wear your seatbelt, fire safety, and other campaigns an took it very, very seriously. I see little kids telling parents not to pass cyclists too close & other things. Maybe a micro-step but it does start future drivers in the right mind-set & possibly they would effect some current drivers too. My guess is that a lot of these SUV drivers have kids... I'll go to a Montesorri (head-start, other program) as a pilot program, if someone kid-friendly will go with me... I'm not sure someone shouldn't try a PTA meeting (cringe) and see if that has any effect.
