Actually, that sleep is good recovery time for those who were riding hard for transportation during the day.

well transportation aside I am sure I probably put in more miles this week on the bike than the casual commuter....

You all bitches!

I climbed Mt. St. Helen yesterday, might I add i biked there and back in 4 hours. Not a sore muscle in my body. I was so pumped man! So pumped I rode on the ocean by bunny hopping from iceberg to iceberg, where i then landed in Scotland, changed my identity, got drunk and had all night sex with my bike. I then did a mad approach jap slap up on to the Berlin wall, yeah thats right the Berlin wall, see I had it rebuilt just so I could do so, then i did a mad gap jump onto the great wall of china. After that I rode backwards on a fixed gear bike with 4" wheels back to the states where just a second ago i got home and realized that I was still a pussy by Tyler's standards :). Sad day.

To hard core for me Jim you're the bad ass now I can't even compete with a circumnavigation of the globe on a fixed gear with 4" wheels and climb Mt. St. Helen wow it is a :( sad sad day

Climbing the mountain is reasonable, though. 56x12 on that bike would be like the lowest 22x34 gear on a regular mountain bike.

Nice, that icebike site has some really good advice. I'll test out some of it on the commute this afternoon.

And you'd better be damn sure I'm riding with ya'll this xmas! Got my plane tickets: I'll be there from the 22nd-27th. Can't wait!
