More Insanity
On Friday two cyclists state they were sideswipped by a car on the Eastern Bypass near Oakleigh, I don't think either was transported.
On Saturday a car turned into a cyclist on Bankhead near Oak Park causing the cyclist to crash, he was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

I hope the community as a whole will put a stop to this but we need the city and major's office to really be with us on it.
I see this continuing to happen until cell phone use while driving is banned. I notice more than half the people passing me are either on their phone, texting, looking at their phone, or doing something with a cell phone.

Get police to be confrontational with them? It's only effective if they'll actually do it though.
Exactly. From your experiences it doesn't seem that HSV's finest are very effective.
It seems like this city loves holding leadership seminars.( religious and military cult training). Why don't they start by showing some leadership and have the cops do some enforcement? Then get the fucking cops off their phones that almost everyone of them I see "working" talking on.

Or maybe the reason there are so many leadership seminars is because they want us to lead ourselves like lemmings to a cliff.
Here is an Idea: Have some bike club members who are socially awkward run around town telling people who actually ride their bikes to wear brain buckets.Then tell them to "OBEY" They would also need to wear Khaki pants up to their tits and tuck their shirts in real deep and make themselves look like sausages.
